Upperbody Warm ups for Bench Press

We treat all movements alike, in the sense of warming up approrpaitely and treating injuries alike to all. Bench pressing is no different - and warming up is important to prevent injuries of the AC joint and the rotator cuff muscles from excessive amounts of pressing.

Here is a simple little warm up you can implement for all upperbody based movements, and will save you the risk of injury in your shoulders. 2-5 minutes of pre-warm ups before working out will save you months of rehabilitation from that off chance you might hurt yourself.
